Am i addicted to sex, or pornography?

I’m a 45 y/o man, married for 22 years. Pornography has been part of my life since I was in my early teens. Not uncommon, i started with magazines I found or stole then went to renting movies and now the internet. I have had four affairs in the last three years, all women I met online and my wife has no idea. In every case the sex was exciting at first but I was disappointed that it wasn’t the fantasy I thought it would be. I can’t wait to be alone at home so that I can surf porn on the net and I often masturbate to it. I feel it’s taking over my life and I can’t stop.
